Hey, I’m Jared.
I’m the founder of Command Center Consulting, where we help growth-focused entrepreneurs Take Command of their business by building the infrastructure it actually takes to scale.

Through our proprietary Command Center OS, we install the systems, dashboards, and automations that give owners clarity, control, and freedom.

I’ve spent nearly a decade building systems inside my own companies — and the last several years doing it for others through coaching, consulting, and private mentorship.

What I’ve learned? Strategy without infrastructure is just wishful thinking. Most businesses don’t need more ideas — they need a command center.

And the truth is, some of the best systems don’t start on a whiteboard — they start with a story.

I’ve always been obsessed with extracting lessons from the real world — old parables, war stories, biographies, and modern-day entrepreneurship.
