Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in the Fracker Agencies LLC Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
Affiliates must apply and be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
2. Commissions
You’ll earn a percentage of sales (defined in your custom agreement or dashboard) generated through your unique affiliate link. Commissions are paid after a 30-day holding period to allow for disputes or refunds.
3. Tracking
We use industry-standard software to track clicks, leads, and purchases. We are not responsible for tracking errors caused by browser settings or third-party blockers.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Make false claims or misleading income promises
Use spam or unauthorized paid ads on our brand name
Represent yourself as a team member of Fracker Agencies LLC
Use coupon or deal sites without written approval
Violation may result in loss of commissions and removal from the program.
5. Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly via [Insert Payout Method – e.g., PayPal, ACH] once the threshold of $100 is reached.
6. Termination
We may terminate your affiliate status at any time for breach of this agreement. You may also terminate at any time with written notice.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
